Transportation Services
Patients are picked up at their residence and dropped off at their residence after their appointment.
Vans are equipped with an infant’s car seat and toddler’s car seat (one of each).
Pick up distance is up to 35 miles from Altura location and patient home.
Door-to-Door Routes
Altura Centers for Health (ALTURA) provides transportation to our patients and their families to and from Medical/Dental appointments to ALTURA sites only.
